It is a swinging reel meaning that the reel is fixed to a hinge allowing it to swing out when in use. It is a manually operated hose real so the water requires activating by a gate valve. All of Our hose reels are high quality and constructed using powder-coated steel and brass. They come complete with fire hose ready fitted.
